Halloween Card: Card Stock: Basic Black 8 ¼ x 4 ¼: score @ 5 ½ (*top layer), 8 ½ x 4 ¼ score @5 ½ (bottom layer); Cajun Craze: 3 ¼” strip; Whisper White 4 x 3 ¾ score @ ¼”, scraps for sentiments on front and inside plus the bat; DSP: Magic In This Night 3” strip (black and white), 3 ½ x 3 ½ (purple) ; Black Glitter Paper 4 x 2 ¾; Stamps: Hallows Night Magic; Ink: Memento Black; Ribbon: Metallic Mesh Ribbon 14”; Punch: Story Label; Dies: Rectangle Stitched, Stitched So Sweetly; Embossing Folder: Spider Web
1. Score the Black panels at 5 ½”
each. Crease.
2. Layer the center *top layer of the
black panel over the center of the *bottom layer. The center of each panel is the large portion
measuring 5 ½ x 4 ¼. The top flap will
be longer than the lower flap.
3. Die cut the Cajun Craze panel.
4. Stamp and punch the sentiment for the
front.
5. Stamp and die cut the sentiment for
the inside. Place the sentiment so it is
hidden when closed.
6. Stamp and hand cut the bat.
7. Emboss the purple designer series
paper with the Spider Web EF.
8. Score and crease the white panel at ¼”. Attach to the top flap lined up right above
the score line of the inside of the top of the card.
9. Tie the ribbon in a knot around the
bottom portion of the card.
