It is very important to realize that some stamp sets are listed as retiring because there is a change in how they are offered. If they are changed in any way, they get put on the retired list. Bundles are also listed as retiring because a bundle is only good for the initial catalog release. When they carry over into another catalog you can no longer buy them as a bundle and get the 10% savings. They are sold separately after they are carried over.
