Today we had a wonderful time with Mone and Sanan. They came to visit us from Chicago. Mone was our foreign exchange student when I was a senior in high school at Roosevelt. She was from Thailand. Our son, Todd, met Mone and Sanan for the first time today. My brother, David, hadn't seen her since she was here in 1969-1970. It was a great reunion. Todd had great stories to tell about his trip to Thailand a few years ago.
We decided to take a few photos with the fall colors in the background. Mike did a great job of doing that for us. Then we went for a walk along the canal path. I've been wanting to take Dad on the bike/walking path for a long time. This is what we saw.
We are so thankful to the Lord for His many blessings. Today's celebration was one of them!
