We will be having fun with a special folds card. You can see three versions on this post of the special folds card. The one below is what I came up with for the tables at the Rehearsal Dinner for our son and future daughter-in-love (law). It fits a regular A-2 envelope and looks like a placecard. Notice how I tweeked it for the photo.
